Together with the client, we have decided for a product redesign. The strategy included a premium positioning to counter the entry of new players in the entry-level segment.
The customer turned to us with two requests:
rethink the user-device interaction and refresh the design to aesthetically interate products with the environment in which they are installed.
We selected color, shapes and materials to transform each product into a contemporary furniture object, not only aesthetically pleasant but also easy to use. We also designed the concept for the app interface to take into account how people today want to interact with their security and surveillance systems.
